The Park was also home to a Confederate base camp on this day

 

A variety of vendors bring Tack and horse supplies also were  at the park for the day

 

 

Cowboy Day is always Patriot Day too!

 

The music  continues in front of the Library when the shoot outs aren’t going on.

The Fishing here was temporary  but you can find some great angling in nearby Nottoway River and Modest  Lake

 

Part of Railroad Park becomes one hot fishing hole

 

 Even the missionaries were out and about spreading the word on the Day of the Cowboy
